MsgSave Remote is an email archiving software add-in for Microsoft Outlook which makes saving email and their attachments simple. This email management software enables bulk saving of .msg files and the ability to save outlook message files including attachments to any PC drive, or Network location at the click of a button. Like Pro, MsgSave Remote has the ability to save your emails to multiple mailboxes, and to auto backup.

MsgSave Remote bulk archives emails and saves Outlook folders using a customisable file naming convention by automatically extracting details such as: sent date/time, subject etc.

Each Outlook folder can be mapped to a specific file location on a user`s PC or network so you can bulk save emails to a directory of your choice to locate the saved email messages with ease at later time.

MsgSave Remote also allows for real time automatic backup of incoming and sent email to selected backup locations and multiple mailbox support for many .pst files (Outlook’s file types). As with Pro, Remote also includes lock settings for administrators to centrally manage user configurations and integrates into the standard Outlook interface.

Available only with MsgSave Remote is the option to save to an FTP location(s) enabling inbox and sent items to be copied to a remote location in real time.
